You can also use a solution of equal parts water and vinegar to wipe down EVERY surface. In this application the vinegar will also react to eliminate the odor causing chemicals.

Baking soda is another natural odor -absorber. Try sprinkling liberal amounts of baking soda over furniture, floors, etc. Leave a few bowls of baking soda around the room for several days to help absorb the odors .
Ventilation. A well-ventilated room will disperse the smell of cigarette smoke a few hours after the cigarette is extinguished, depending on the size of the room. Air purifiers can aid in clearing the air as well.
