Most legs screw off. You can buy wooden couch /chair legs at your local big box store. They may or may not screw directly into where your previous legs were (talk about an easy update !) If they don’t, you can buy the receiver plate at the big box store, too (next to the legs )

Maybe the easiest solution to gain table height is the addition of a finial. This type of ready-made leg hardware attaches to the bottom of the leg to add a few inches. Unfortunately, there are not ikea legs to add to them. I searched for some ikea legs to help me raise the height of the Ikea KIVIK to no avail. In our last house, the low height didn’t bother me but for whatever reason, they felt so bottom heavy and too low for this space.
